Description
Our second most popular sausage flavour is the traditional pork. Made using the shoulder and cheeks from our Seaspray pigs, a little seasoning and rice flour make for a tasty basic pork sausages. The biggest difference to most other butchers is we use natural sheep casings and don’t fill our sausages of fat. All of our sausages are gluten free.
