Coming from the colder waters of Tasmania allows for Huon salmon to have the flavour it does. Our Salmon is either sold sliced to the weigh selected. Salmon is great baked or steamed with lemon. We source our fresh fish through JB Coastal seafoods in Bairnsdale. It is sold boneless with the skin on but some bones may remain, please take care when eating.
