Our scotch fillet sourced from Gippsland has a good amount of marbling through it which allows for a tender, juicy and excellent flavour steak. The best bit about our steaks is that they are hung and not cut up fresh which allows for a more tender steak with more flavour. Make sure you allow your steak to rest between cooking and eating.
