Our famous Rosedale traditional beef sausages are made using quality beef trim, a little seasoning, and rice flour. The biggest difference to most other butchers is we use natural sheep casings and don’t fill our sausages of fat. All of our sausages are gluten free. Our traditional beef sausages are available in thin or thick. There are 6 – 9 thin sausages and 4 – 6 thick sausages to 500g.
