Description
Rump steak is the butcher’s choice of steak. Generally the slower selling steak so it’s able to age longer than the other prime steaks. Rump is very versatile as it can be used as a grilling steak, roast or in a stir-fry.
Cooking Instructions –
Heat a frying with a little oil over high heat.
Once the pan is hot add your steak and sprinkle salt and pepper on top of your steak.
Cook for 2 – 3 minutes either side for medium rare.
Allow steak to rest for a few minutes before eating.
Rump steak is best served medium-rare
