Description
Porterhouse or Sirloin steak is a premium cut and great steak for those that like their steak a bit leaner with the fat being on the outside. Our steaks are hung and not cut up fresh which allows for a more tender steak with more flavour. Our beef is raised a short distance from the shop in Kilmany. Make sure you allow your steak to rest between cooking and eating.
