Description
The pork fillet is the leanest and most tender part of the pig. With many uses the pork fillet can be used for many dishes including stir-fry, schnitzel or quickly roasted.
Recipe –
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In an oven dish place the pork fillets, drizzle honey on top and then add a little sprinkle of chinese 5 spice on top. Cook for 30 – 45 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
