We have chosen to source fresh Pacific Oysters as they are larger and delicious tasting. All our oysters are chucked. We source our fresh fish through JB Coastal seafoods in Bairnsdale.

These guys put together the best range of meats for my Christmas celebrations. Our roasts were delicious, plump and tender. Also recommend the breakfast snags and lamb steaks, super tasty and not fatty. Thanks guys great service always friendly!
